Frequently Asked Questions
How we make corporate video without filming, how your private client portal works, and what to expect on revisions, pricing and files.
How We Work
We build the finished video from material that already exists: your own footage, screen recordings, photos, slides and presentations, plus licensed stock footage where there is a gap. Structure, editing, motion graphics, color, sound, music and captions are all handled by our team. We never film and we never send a crew. When a project genuinely needs new footage, your team or your own videographer captures it, and we build the video around it.
Yes. It is our specialty. We handle the whole finish: editing, motion graphics and animated titles, color correction, sound mixing and cleanup, music, captions, and delivery in the formats you need. Projects of any size are welcome.
Usually more of it than you expect. Share the folder with us online and we will tell you honestly what can be made from it, what is missing, and what it would cost.
No. We do not offer media conversion or digitizing of any kind. Material still on tape, film or disc needs to be digitized by a specialist first, and we are glad to point you to one. Once your files are digital, we take it from there.
Restoring and enhancing video, photos and audio is the specialty of our sister brand, Pixel 360 Media. It is the same company, and we will introduce you. Inside every Dvideo edit we still correct color and clean up sound as part of the finish.

Corporate presentations and company overviews, training and onboarding videos, internal communications, healthcare and patient education videos, marketing and social media cuts, executive profile videos, event recaps cut from footage you already have, and AI presenter videos.
See all servicesA realistic digital presenter delivers your script on screen, with no shoot. It works well for training, product explainers, content that changes often, and videos you need in several languages. For a personal message where trust matters most, such as a leader speaking to staff at a difficult moment, real footage of that person usually lands better, and we will tell you so.
More about AI presenter videosShorter than most people plan for. What decides it is where the video will be watched and by whom. That is a conversation worth having before anything is edited.
Working With Us
Whatever video and images you have, your logo and brand colors, and a clear sense of the message and the audience. A script, if you have one. If not, an outline or a short conversation is enough to begin, and we can help shape the script.
Through your private client portal. Upload files from a computer or a phone, drag in whole folders, or share a link to a cloud folder you already use. Nothing needs to be shipped.
In your own private online portal, opened from a link we send you, with no password to remember. You upload your footage there, watch each draft and pin notes to the exact second that needs a change, message our team, approve, pay invoices and download the final files. Everything stays in one place instead of scattered across email threads.
Three drafts are included. Before each one, you can send as many notes as you like, within the scope of the project, and we build the next draft from them. Most clients find three drafts is plenty. Anything beyond that is covered in your proposal.
We work as fast as we can, within reason. Timing depends mostly on the length of the video and how quickly materials and feedback come back to us. If you have a launch date or a deadline, tell us when you first get in touch, and we will say honestly whether we can meet it. Your agreement sets out the schedule.
We add music from our own library to suit your video. We do not license commercial or well-known songs, and we cannot clear one for you. If you want a particular track, your organization needs to hold the rights to use it.
Pricing and Payment
Projects start at $900. Your quote depends on the length of the video, how much footage there is to work through, and how much graphics and animation it needs. Send us your project details and we will give you a clear number.
Get a free quoteYes, for editing work that is easier to book by time than by project. Tell us what you need, and your proposal will set it out.
Yes, always. Whatever we quoted, we honor, including a proposal sent before a price change.
A deposit starts the project, or a signed purchase order for institutional clients. The balance is due when the final draft is delivered, and the final master is released once it is paid. With an approved purchase order, we release the master on delivery and invoice against the order. Your agreement sets out the details.
Files and Delivery
A few days after your video is finished, and never before the date you need it by, we send you your own private web page for it, so you can share one link instead of a large file. It is not listed on search engines. Hosting is on us for the first year, and it is yours to use or not. You still get the full master file to download and keep.
Your finished video is yours to keep. Download it and save copies in at least two places. Your private portal stays open for 45 days after delivery, so you can download your files and see your invoices and project history. After that we do not promise a retention period. We keep material as long as we reasonably can, but please do not rely on us as your archive.
Read our termsAsk us. Because there is no guaranteed retention period, we will check whether we still have your material. If we do, retrieval is a paid service, quoted for your approval before any work begins.

Pixel 360 Media restores and enhances video, photos and audio. If your project fits one of them better, we will say so and introduce you.
Yes, plainly. We would rather say so up front than take on a job we cannot do well.
